Job DetailsJob Location: Fort Worth, TX 76106Position Type: Full TimeJob Title: Product Engineer Company: Remis America LLC Location: On-site Reports to: VP of Commercial Position Summary The Product Engineer at Remis America LLC is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of products—from concept and development through implementation and market introduction. This role bridges engineering, manufacturing, sales, and customers to ensure products are technically sound, manufacturable, and clearly documented. The Product Engineer plays a key role in launching new products, developing technical guides, and supporting continuous improvement of existing product lines. Key Responsibilities Product Development & Engineering Support the design, development, and validation of new products and product enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and Supply Chain) to ensure product requirements are met Assist with material selection, specifications, drawings, and engineering changes Support prototype builds, testing, and validation activities New Product Implementation Lead or support the implementation of new products into production Coordinate engineering releases, BOMs, routings, and documentation needed for manufacturing Work closely with operations to ensure smooth product launches and manufacturability Identify and resolve technical issues during pilot and initial production runs Market Introduction & Product Support Support the introduction of new products to the market in collaboration with Sales and Marketing Provide technical product training and support to internal teams and customers Assist with customer-facing technical presentations, demos, and product rollouts Support field issues, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis as needed Documentation & Guides Develop and maintain product documentation including: Installation guides User manuals Technical data sheets Engineering specifications and drawings Ensure documentation is accurate, clear, and aligned with product updates Continuous Improvement Support cost reduction, quality improvements, and performance enhancements of existing products Participate in engineering change requests (ECRs/ECNs) Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to drive improvements QualificationsQualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) 2–5 years of experience in a product engineering, manufacturing, or technical role Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes Ability to read and create engineering drawings and specifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI) Familiarity with ERP systems, BOM management, and engineering change processes Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial products environment Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) Skills & Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills Customer-focused mindset Physical / Work Environment (if applicable) Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments Occasional travel may be required to support customers or production sites
