Job DetailsJob Location: A360 Dallas Fort Worth - Fort Worth, TX 76155Position Type: Full TimeUnder the supervision of the Lead Assembler, the Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, fabricating, wiring, testing, and finishing electronic components and assemblies in accordance with established work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs. This role requires strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate tools and equipment in a manufacturing environment. JOB SPECIFICS This is a full-time non-exempt position. Hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assemble cables, connectors, wiring harnesses, electronic components, solar panels, and electrical control boxes to exact specifications. Interpret and work from wiring diagrams to assemble and wire panels, cameras, and electronic boards. Assemble and terminate electronic components such as transformers, resistors, and equipment onto layout boards. Perform quality testing of assembled products; check, test, serialize, and pack boards and assemblies. Fabricate, bond, finish, clean, and deburr parts as required. Operate shop equipment, hand tools, air-driven tools, hand power tools, electrical hoists, and light cranes to move materials and metal structures. Read tape measures and perform basic math calculations related to assembly work. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area; clean and maintain equipment and shop floor as needed. Follow all safety policies, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with company safety rules at all times. Work collaboratively as part of a team while effectively communicating with supervisors and coworkers. Accept supervision and assistance during training and equipment setup; perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision once trained. Maintain punctual and reliable attendance. Contribute positively to a safe, healthy, neat, and organized workplace environment. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Strong manual dexterity with high attention to detail. Ability to use hand tools and operate shop equipment safely. Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and work instructions. Effective oral communication skills and good visual acuity.
