What We Are Seeking


• 5 years of previous experience in sheet metal fabrication. A must!

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Successful completion of a physical assessment prior to employment.

• Select and operate appropriate hand and power tools to complete fabrication tasks.

• Perform basic material handling to prevent damage to finished products.

• Maintain a safety-first mindset and comply with all shop safety protocols for tools and equipment.

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings for accurate labeling and crating of materials for shipment to job sites.

• Operate sheet metal break/folder/shear machinery and other specialized equipment as required.

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products.

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

• Familiarity with Schectl machine operation and basic shop equipment.
