Job Description

As a Armed Security Officer Patrol Driver Full Time in Haslet, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Security Officer in a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license and Level III Armed Certification. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the retail grocery location, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, customer disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the store, parking areas, loading zones, perimeter, and other assigned areas to help deter theft, trespassing, and unauthorized activity.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation for incidents, patrols, observations, and interactions in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
