With our state-of-the-art 18-bay body shop and 50-foot paint booth, we handle everything from collision damage to custom fabrication—and we’re looking for talented individuals to join our team!
About the Role
As a Body Shop Technician at Industrial Power, you’ll work on a wide range of projects, including:
- Collision Repairs: Handle insurance jobs and bring damaged trucks back to life.
- Fiberglass and Cab Repairs: Perform everything from simple repairs to complete cab replacements.
- Truck Box and Body Repairs:
- Replace roofs, panels, corner caps, radius, and floors.
- Repair or replace roll-up doors.
- Ensure that no part of the truck box goes untouched—we repair everything.
- Fabrication and Custom Work: Create solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Lift Gate Repair and Installation: Keep trucks functional and efficient.
- Body Swaps: Perform complete body replacements and modifications.
- Disassembly, Reassembly, Paint Prep and general body panel and collision repair.Â

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in body shop repairs, particularly with commercial trucks. If your background is in automotive body repair, we’ll teach you trucks!
- Skills in welding, fabrication, and truck box/body repair are a plus.
- Ability to work on a wide range of materials, including fiberglass and metal.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
