聽聽聽聽聽聽 Hours: Rotating shift; Willing to work rotating shifts on days, evening, weekends, and some holidays

Here鈥檚 What You Need聽

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy Required聽

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Other Pharm D. Required

聽聽聽聽聽聽 CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 PHAR- Pharmacist upon hire required.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 3 years of hospital experience or residency preferred.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 At least 5-year Inpatient (Not Retail or Clinic) Acute Care Pharmacy experience is highly preferred.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 IV certification highly preferred

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with the provision of more advanced clinical pharmacy services, such as antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacokinetic dosing, and participating in Code Blue

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience precepting pharmacy students in an inpatient hospital pharmacy

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with Oncology, Pediatrics, or Intensive Care

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be proficient in written and verbal English language communication skills, computer proficient and possess basic math skills.聽

What You Will Do

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communicating effectively, building positive professional relationships and role modeling teamwork.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Timely and accurate support of medication distribution including medication order verification and oversight of pharmacy technician responsibilities.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provision of clinical pharmacy services for the safe and efficient patient care.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensuring the accuracy of one's own work as well as maintaining required competencies and other documentation. Consistent support of the department's quality improvement and patient safety standards programs and initiatives is also required.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ongoing professional development and growth.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Not only the management of one's own time but shares the responsibility for minimizing pharmaceutical costs (including wastage) and discovering new process efficiencies.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Respond to medical emergencies per hospital policy as available.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Other duties as assigned.
