With over 40 years of experience, Lowe is recognized for innovation, reliability, and excellence in customer service.   About the Role The company is seeking a qualified, motivated Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join our service team. This position will report to the Service Manager and must be able to take direction regarding spend and overall direction of the business needs.   Responsibilities Take direction and work with the senior technicians to properly address and repair equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner. This a coach/team relationship. Required occasional travel to other locations and/or trade shows and events as needed to fulfill your responsibilities. Responsible for organizing Parts Area for inventory control. Perform refrigeration service in its entirety and make repairs as needed to ensure units are in proper working condition. Perform inspections of all equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment to ensure that it is in good working condition. Be able to diagnose problem(s) and gather solution in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Perform all work in strict adherence to OSHA guidelines and LOWE QHSE requirements. Responsible for organizing, cleaning, and ensuring safe environment for work area/parts room. Provide customer service and tech support via phone as needed. Pull and ship parts to customers for all areas of the business as needed.   Pay range and compensation package Determined based on qualifications and experience; to be discussed during the interview stage.   QualificationsEPA CERTIFICATION REQUIRED and basic HVAC knowledge.   Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of HVAC/Refrigeration and warehouse experience. Advanced knowledge of on‐site maintenance and ability to work with vendors/contractors. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, organizational and time management skills. Outstanding customer service skills. Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Teams. Ability to learn and operate the company’s computer software. Valid Driver License.
