Summary:

The Dietary Utility Aide is responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions in the kitchen and pot & pan area. Performs a variety of tasks to maintain the floors, walls, dish machine, dish room and equipment in the kitchen. Assists material handler as needed.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 1-2 years’ food service experience in an institutional or commercial setting preferred.

  • Knowledge of use of chemical sanitizer.


Certification/Licensure:

  • Must have City of Ft. Worth Food Handlers Card prior to employment.

  • Card must be current at all times during employment.
