We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell V-280 Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA), part of the US Army鈥檚 Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless, and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold aircraft.

Work location is Fort Worth, TX headquarters plants.

What you鈥檒l be doing as an EHS Site Representative:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Improve EHS workplace performance by promoting a safe workplace, identifying, and mitigating safety risks and implementing Bell safety programs: Safety Culture, Safety Compliance and Safety Prevention.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Development and implementation of programs and procedures to assure compliance with applicable Federal, State, and Local occupational safety standards and Bell requirements.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Facilitate safety incident investigations, work with key stakeholders to develop root cause analysis, and identify corrective actions.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct compliance audits and guide teams with implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Project management and coordinate implementation of actions which drive continuous improvement. Verify the appropriateness and effectiveness of action plans associated with incidents JHA鈥檚 and audit findings.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct business with the highest ethical standards and demonstrate decision-making skills that ensure the safety of all persons associated with Bell operations.



Skills You Bring to This Role: 聽

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 degree is required, we prefer degrees in safety, engineering, physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, systems/industrial engineering, business administration, or a related science, engineering, or business field.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prefer those applicants with Certifications/Training:聽Certified Safety Professional

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 At least 6+ years of work experience in an Occupational Health and Safety role in manufacturing or similar industries such as oil & gas, construction, transportation, utilities, or logistics.聽 聽聽

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Knowledge of occupational health and safety programs such as Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, Working at Heights, Electrical Safety, Machinery and Machine Guarding, Crane and Hoist, Powered Industrial Truck/forklifts, etc is required.聽

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to complete assignments with autonomy, attention to detail, and high degree of accuracy.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads and deadlines.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.
