Experienced HVAC Technician
Fort Worth Heat & Air is hiring experienced HVAC technicians who want to build a long-term career, not simply take the next job.
We are looking for technicians with residential HVAC service and installation experience who can diagnose accurately, communicate clearly with homeowners, complete quality work, and continue developing their skills.
Based on your verified experience, service-call history, installation background, leadership ability, and interview, we will place you at the appropriate technician level:
- Tech 2 – Developing Service Technician
- Tech 3 – Experienced Service Technician
- Tech 4 – Senior Technician / Field Leader
- Tech 5 – Master Technician / Future Leadership
When you reach the application section asking which technician level best describes your current experience, you do not need to determine your level perfectly. Select the level that seems closest to your current experience, and we will confirm the appropriate placement during the interview process.

Compensation
$22–$40 per hour, depending on verified experience and technician level.
Higher technician levels may include additional expectations related to leadership, training, ethical sales, advanced technology, and management.
