Job DetailsJob Location: FORT WORTH, TX 76140Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Not SpecifiedTravel Percentage: NegligibleJob Shift: DayJob Category: FinanceThe RSI Group is the leading manufacturer, supplier, and seller of pickup truck caps and associated accessories in more than 30 countries globally.  RSI’s flagship, patented product is the SmartCap®, the world’s first flat-packable truck cap system, made of durable stainless steel and capable of customization to fit every customer’s specific interests and needs.  Financial Analyst If you thrive in a culture of innovation and cutting-edge manufacturing tech, then this is the job for you.  RSI Group has an immediate career opportunity for a Financial Analyst  in its Fort Worth production facility.  Competitive candidates will have hands on experience with various aspects of manufacturing financial analysis using Netsuite.    Primary job responsibilities include: As Financial Analyst you will provide technical and functional support to our users across Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, F&A, Sales, and Payroll Help develop scalable financial processes related to month-end and quarter-end close, including accruals and reporting Ensure procedures, processes, and proper change controls are followed on all production changes and implementation projects QualificationsKey skills include: 1 year hands on experience with financial analysis and accounting in a manufacturing environment. High School diploma or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting Experience with global system implementations and enhancements that support localization and international expansion Knowledge of core accounting processes Working knowledge of Netsuite, Knowledge of automotive aftermarket steel manufacturing environments Required competencies include: Detail orientation Organizational and process skills Effective communication skills High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others. High level of analytical ability where problems are complex. Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment required. A desire to learn new technologies and motivation to go above and beyond minimum requirements.
