HR Recruiting Specialist - Hiley Auto Group

Hiring Immediately, HR Recruiting Specialist.  

REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive experience is not required for this position. We seeking a candidate that has prior experience utilizing a CRM, handling customers on the phone, and multi-tasking.  Specific experience in a call center or business development environment is a plus.  We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

• Pre-screen candidates for various positions
  
• Manage our applicant system data to ensure we can effectively communicate with candidates
  
• Regularly communicate with hiring managers for updates
  
• Schedule in-person interviews on behalf of hiring managers
  
• Report on applicant volume, hiring pipeline, and outcomes to executive management
  
• Work with our HR partner to update job postings
  
• Complete training and stay up to date on current State and Federal HR regulations
