SUMMARYÂ Â
Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Integrated Construction Coordinator I with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Integrated Construction Coordinator will review, provide analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members and participants.Â

RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
- Plan, implement, and coordinate VDC processes through appropriate technology platformsÂ
- May include, but is not limited, to Mortenson BIM/VDC utilizes existing conditions modeling, cost estimation, phase planning (4D), site analysis, design reviews, 3D visualization, 3D coordination, site utilization planning, construction system design, digital fabrication, 3D control planning, and record modelingÂ
- Provide point of contact for construction team members on VDC processes and reports during all phases of constructionÂ
- Document work process as it relates to enhancing and/or changing current company process standardsÂ
- Other duties as assignedÂ
- All integrated construction team members are expected to be active participants in Mortenson’s Integrated Delivery Advancement Team community of practice – Knowledge sharingÂ
- Daily work planningÂ

QUALIFICATIONSÂ
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field Â
- Completion of beginner or intermediate level of BIM/VDC software trainingÂ
- Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasksÂ
- Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practicesÂ
- Microsoft Office, project and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate levelÂ
- Proven positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skillsÂ
- Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policiesÂ
- Previous related internship experience a plusÂ
- Beginner level software trainingÂ
- Current driver’s licenseÂ

The base pay range for this role is $76,600 - $95,800. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).Â
 Â
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.Â
