Perform duties involving operation, security and maintenance of building, equipment and grounds. Execute preventive maintenance schedules. Be involved in construction and remodeling. To succeed, you should have: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus with 1-4 years of building maintenance experience. Senior living maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
