We are seeking experienced Landscape Maintenance Production Manager for our Fort Worth, TX location.

Position Overview:

The Landscape Production Manager is responsible for driving daily field production by leading crews, coordinating schedules, managing materials and equipment, and ensuring efficient rollout of work across all properties. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on execution, accountability, and keeping production moving safely, on time, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Crew Leadership & Productivity
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Lead, motivate, and push multiple landscape crews to meet daily and weekly production goals
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Set clear expectations for crew leaders and field staff regarding quality, pace, and safety
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Conduct daily jobsite check-ins to ensure crews are properly staffed and performing efficiently
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Address performance issues in real time and provide coaching as needed
Scheduling & Workflow Management
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Assist with and execute daily and weekly crew schedules
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Adjust schedules based on weather, staffing, equipment availability, and job priorities
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Coordinate job rollouts to ensure smooth transitions between phases of work
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Ensure crews are deployed to the right jobs at the right time
Supplies & Materials Coordination
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Forecast material needs for upcoming jobs and communicate shortages early
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Ensure crews have the proper materials, tools, and consumables before dispatch
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Coordinate material deliveries and staging at jobsites or yards
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Minimize downtime caused by missing or incorrect supplies
Equipment & Asset Movement
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Coordinate movement of equipment between jobsites and yards
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Ensure equipment is available, fueled, and operational for daily production
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Work with mechanics or vendors to report issues and schedule repairs
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Maintain accountability for equipment usage and care
Quality Control & Safety
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and client standards
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Enforce safety protocols and correct unsafe behaviors immediately
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Assist with onboarding and training crews on best practices and procedures
Communication & Reporting
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Serve as the primary link between crews, account managers, and leadership
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Report production progress, delays, and issues clearly and promptly
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Provide feedback on labor efficiency, job pacing, and resource needs
Qualifications:

路聽 聽 聽 聽 3+ years of experience in landscape production or field operations
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Proven ability to manage multiple crews and job sites simultaneously
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Strong organizational and scheduling skills
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Working knowledge of landscape equipment, materials, and installation practices
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Ability to lead from the field and make quick, practical decisions
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Bilingual (English/Spanish)
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Experience with commercial landscape operations
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Familiarity with production tracking or scheduling software
