Other responsibilities include Learning Procedures Definition, CSOD Administrator, IDL training coordinator, DLT plan coordinator, and Training roadmap system coordinator.   Key Responsibilities • Strategy plan and policy generation • Communication and coordination • Review and compliance with legal requirements • Follow-up of the Annual Plan of Internal and External AuditsQualificationsEducation & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in business administration. • Experience leading L&D function • 5 years of Experience of competence design and implement • Minimum 3 years of knowledge for project management • Minimum 3 years of internal trainer inside industry Essential Skills • Competence Management • Systemic thinking • Focus on business and customer requirements • Drive and leadership.
