What Makes a FirstCash Legal Intern:

FirstCash Holdings, Inc., which is publicly traded (NASDAQ:FCFS), is one of the largest pawn shop companies and recyclers of second-hand goods in the United States and Latin America.

First Cash is offering a paid internship ($15/hour)

Students will assist the Company’s legal team on a wide range of issues touching different areas of law. Student’s duties will include specific multi-state research projects in various subject areas, statutory and regulatory interpretation, basic contractual agreements, labor and real estate matters, litigation defense, and discovery projects.

Qualifications:

Rising 2Ls or 3Ls are eligible – Top 33% preferred but not required - previous litigation experience, knowledge of Contracts, Securities, Employment, Regulatory Rulemaking, and Statutory Interpretation are helpful. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Students may be required to sign confidentiality and other agreements as a condition of their acceptance of a position as an intern at FirstCash.
