Now Hiring: Machine Operator – 1st Shift (Bluemound area)

LSI Staffing is immediately hiring a dependable Machine Operator for a premier manufacturing facility. We are looking for an individual with mechanical aptitude to operate production machinery, conduct quality inspections, and support daily output targets.

Pay Rate: $17.50 / hour

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1st Shift)

Responsibilities:

Machinery Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor Elomatic production machinery to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
Material Handling: Load raw materials into the machinery safely and manage production feed lines.
Quality Control: Perform routine visual and structural quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
Production Goals: Maintain pace with production schedules to meet daily output and distribution targets.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all facility safety protocols, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean workstation.

Skills & Requirements:

Experience: Prior experience operating production or manufacturing machinery (Elomatic machinery experience is a plus).
Technical Layout: Ability to follow operational manuals, monitor machine gauges, and perform basic troubleshooting.
