Ensures maintenance activities operate within established policies and procedures and local state and federal regulations. QualificationsEducation and Experience High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, and two years of experience repairing minor electrical/plumbing and facilities issues or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
