Your Mission (If You Choose to Accept It):
Be the Specialist: Diagnose and fix mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to keep production moving.
Master the Machines: Perform routine PMs and replace motors, bearings, belts, and gears.
Read the Blueprint: Interpret technical manuals and schematics like a pro to determine root causes of breakdowns.
Facility Pro: Keep the whole building running by maintaining plumbing and basic electrical components.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience: 2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Technical Savvy: Strong knowledge of pumps, motors, and conveyors.
The Essentials: High School Diploma/GED and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Communication: Must speak fluent English and be able to maintain detailed maintenance logs.
