Job DetailsJob Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolJob Shift: AnyJob Category: General LaborWarehouse Material Handler Company: Wistron InfoComm USA Corporation Location: Fort Worth, TX Department: Warehouse MAA300  Employment Type: Full-Time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Position Summary The Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for the accurate receiving, storage, movement, and shipment of materials and finished goods within the warehouse environment. This role supports production and logistics operations by ensuring materials are handled safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders. Accurately label, store, and stage materials in designated warehouse locations. Pick, pack, and prepare materials and finished goods for internal production use or outbound shipment. Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts (if certified). Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS). Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits as required. Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices and material traceability requirements. Ensure all materials are handled in compliance with ESD, safety, and quality standards. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and safety guidelines. Support cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Logistics. Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly. Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management. QualificationsRequired Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred. Basic computer skills and experience using inventory or ERP systems preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions, packing lists, and shipping documents. Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, overtime, or weekends as required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Visual acuity sufficient for reading labels and operating equipment safely. Work Environment Manufacturing and warehouse facility environment. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Exposure to moving equipment, material handling operations, and production activities.
