LSI Staffing is currently seeking motivated and dependable Material Handlers to join our growing team in the Fort Worth area. We are looking for individuals who thrive in high-energy environments and are eager to develop their skills within the logistics and warehousing industry.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay: $18.50 per hour
Shifts Available: 3rd shift (6pm-4:30am) Must be flexible to working weekends!
Work Environment: Bilingual-friendly (English/Spanish)

Key Responsibilities
Efficiently move, load, and unload materials within the facility.
Utilize basic computer programs to track inventory or process shipments.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Qualifications
Technical Skills: Ability to use basic computer software and hardware.
Aptitude: Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment.
Attitude: A positive, "can-do" approach to daily tasks and challenges.
Communication: Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
