Summary:

The Membership Coordinator supports the implementation of membership initiatives for the Blue Peaks Giving Circle. This role coordinates membership engagement activities, donor stewardship efforts, communications, and events designed to strengthen member recruitment, retention, and participation. The Membership Coordinator maintains accurate member records, tracks program performance, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver a high-quality member experience that advances Cook Children's Promise.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating membership, event planning, donor engagement, fundraising, and/or events in a non-profit, healthcare, or related environment is required.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in membership or donor program administration, stakeholder communication, event coordination, or record management.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field is required.
