Job DetailsJob Location: 94000 HQ Office Fort Worth TX - Fort Worth, TX 76104Position Type: Full TimeJob Title: Operation Manager OMEE   Overview: An Operations Manager overseeing DoD Operations and Maintenance Engineering Enhancement (OMEE) medical contracts directs the specialized maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of critical DoD medical facilities. The manager ensures high-level Joint Commission readiness, strict DoD compliance, and peak infrastructure reliability.    Key Responsibilities Contract & Vendor Management Administer Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines, ensuring firm fixed-price deliverables are met.  Manage subcontractor, supplier, and Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) agreements, negotiating change orders, extensions, and SLAs.  Act as the primary commercial interface between military commands (e.g., MEDCOM, DHA) and contracted maintenance personnel.  Operational & Clinical Readiness Direct Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to maximize the uptime of critical medical infrastructure.  Oversee facilities management including HVAC, power systems, medical gas, and plumbing to guarantee compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC) and OSHA standards.  Implement and audit contingency protocols for emergency medical infrastructure and life-safety systems. Financial & Resource Administration Manage site P&L, develop program budgets, and ensure operational spending falls within acceptable variances. Lead the procurement and inventory management of critical equipment, spare parts, and specialized medical/facility resources. Oversee workforce planning, recruiting, training, and competency evaluations for O&M personnel.  Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of senior-level management overseeing physical plant or O&M operations within a healthcare, clinical, or complex government/military setting. Clearance: Active DoD security clearance (or the ability to obtain and maintain one) is typically required for OMEE program support. Domain Knowledge: Expert understanding of FAR/contract administration, CMMS/Maximo platforms, and hospital regulatory compliance.
