The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading healthcare organization in Fort Worth, Texas, to identify a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join an established and highly collaborative ENT team.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care in outpatient and surgical settings
  • Perform a broad range of elective ENT procedures
  • Develop a subspecialty focus if desired
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Work alongside and supervise advanced practice providers
  • Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
  • Participate in shared compensated call coverage
  • Engage in teaching, mentoring, or academic activities if interested

Qualifications

Education & Training

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency

Licensure & Certification

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Texas medical license
