Our Lake Worth clinic offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians in a collaborative environment with a diverse caseload including orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, aquatic therapy, and return-to-sport patients. With advanced resources including a heated aquatic therapy pool, turf room, squat racks, throwing nets, and specialized equipment, you’ll have the tools to provide exceptional care while continuing to grow your clinical skillset. • Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Compensation: $80K-95K + Sign On Bonus of $5k + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year, average less than 11 patients per day, and additional CEUs! Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
