We are currently looking for a Finishing Production Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Perform analysis to determine root cause.
- Audit compliance with mix prevention rules, customer-specific rules, and standards.
- Work directly with Customer Service Representatives and Shipping when necessary to fulfill customer requirements.
- Understand production requirements and ensure level loading of each asset.
- Audit job jackets and production timesheets for accuracy and compliance to quality plans.
- Manage daily work requirements, ensuring jobs are completed in time to meet production delivery dates.
- Manage production schedules, ensuring sufficient stock is available to keep assets running.
- Establish Kanban systems for supply replenishment.
- Create and regularly update standard work documentation.
- Facilitate and execute process improvement activities.
- Communicate opportunities for improvement to the leadership team.
- Maintain regular email communication and management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one situations.
- Ability to read and understand job specifications.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs.
- Ability to take responsibility and ownership for personal performance while accepting challenging goals.
- Ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out detailed but straightforward written and oral instructions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to address problems involving a limited number of variables and understand when to involve supervision in the problem-solving process.
- Ability to wear required PPE in production areas and follow all safety protocols.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and move throughout the production environment for extended periods.
- Frequent walking required.
- Ability to use hands to feel and touch, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear.
- Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work safely around moving machinery and production equipment.
Vision Requirements:
- Vision correctable to 20/20 if required.
- Ability to meet vision requirements including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Internal Candidates:
- Satisfactory attendance record required.
