Production Manager - Manufacturing Night Shift

Production Manager - 4-day weekend every other week!
Brand‑New, State‑of‑the‑Art Manufacturing Facility

Flexcraft is opening a new manufacturing facility and is seeking a Production Manager to help launch and lead high‑performance operations.  

Shift: 12‑Hour Nights (2‑3‑2 Rotating Schedule)

This position follows a repeating 2‑3‑2 pattern:

What You’ll Do

• Lead production teams in a 24‑hour manufacturing environment
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity across operations
• Serve as a technical leader for blow molding and injection molding processes
• Optimize cycle times, reduce scrap, and improve throughput
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering on continuous improvement

What You Bring

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong technical expertise in blow molding and/or injection molding
• Experience leading teams in high‑volume production environments
• Hands‑on, results‑driven leadership style
