About this role:

The Production Scheduler generates and tracks the production schedules at a Carrier manufacturing facility, ensuring execution of the plan and coordinating material availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generates daily and weekly production schedules by line.

  • Tracks plan adherence and adjust for deviations.

  • Coordinates with Materials on component availability.

  • Maintains planning systems (ERP/MRP).

  • Analyzes and reports adherence KPIs.

  • Supports line load-leveling.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or technical/associate degree. 

  • 2+ years of production scheduling/planning experience in manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or technical/associate degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field. 

  • 2+ years of production scheduling/planning experience in manufacturing. 

  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel. 

  • Ability to generate and adjust daily/weekly schedules and track plan adherence. 

  • Working knowledge of load-leveling and material coordination. 

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills. 

  • Manufacturing experience. 

  • Knowledge of MRP and Lean. 

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
