Join our team as a Quality Control Inspector responsible for ensuring product excellence in the oil and gas industry. You'll conduct meticulous testing and inspection of materials, components, and assemblies to maintain our high-quality standards while meeting product specifications and customer requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of materials, components, and finished products

  • Perform dimensional measurements, visual inspections, and non-destructive testing

  • Verify equipment and materials to identify defects according to specifications

  • Maintain calibration of measuring instruments and gauges

  • Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation

  • Conduct thread inspections per API standards

  • Manage non-conformance reports and follow up on corrective actions

  • Communicate inspection results effectively with all stakeholders

 

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency with measuring equipment and inspection tools

  • PCBA inspection expertise and IPC-A-610 standards knowledge

  • ESD compliance understanding

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

  • Strong problem-solving approach to quality issues

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office

 

Qualifications Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Diploma in Electro/Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Trade Certificate

  • 3-5 years’ experience in oil & gas electromechanical products inspection

  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)

 

Qualifications Preferred:

  • ASNT Level-2 certification in at least 2 NDE methods (LPT & MPT)
