Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Agent in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy transportation location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related concerns, and support access awareness and customer interactions. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, entrances, baggage claim areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with directing foot and vehicle traffic, helping to support orderly operations while reporting suspicious behavior, unattended items, and/or policy violations.
• Support transportation location operations by communicating professionally with travelers and personnel, following post orders, and assisting with security-related concerns and/or service requests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
