We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Manager of Finance to lead financial planning, analysis, and decision support for our Indirect business unit. This role is critical in driving performance through insightful financial leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement. The position is remote with periodic travel to our headquarters in King of Prussia, PA. This role reports to the General Manager of the Indirect business with a dotted line to the CFO of Culligan Quench.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Indirect business unit
  • Partner with the Culligan Quench HQ accounting team during monthly closes and prepare variance analysis for the Indirect and Culligan Quench leadership teams
  • Partner with the General Manager of the Indirect Business to ensure achievement of the business’s financial goals and identify risks and opportunities to manage volatility, as necessary
  • Lead financial analysis for key initiatives related to volume growth and operational efficiency
  • Partner closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to optimize spend and drive cost savings
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate business scenarios and support strategic decision-making
  • Monitor KPIs and financial metrics, identifying trends, risks, and actionable insights
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting tools, and data accuracy
  • Lead and mentor junior team members as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA strongly preferred)
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or a related analytical or strategy function
  • Experience in supporting an equipment revenue based business model or with supply chain finance a plus
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with FP&A tools (e.g., Hyperion) and ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote environment
