Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Research and resolve complex IDS issues and inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with Liquidity partners, Newark Unclaimed Property, and Servicing teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to colleagues.
- Process and interpret IDS adjustment requests and placement fee payments.
- Identify, monitor, and submit dormant accounts for escheatment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit procedures and processes.
- Support risk management initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years + experience in operations.
Working knowledge of Treasury Management Services and related banking operations·
Experience with bank depository platforms and related services.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Acts with a sense of urgency and creates this in others
- Displays problem-solving, analytical & organizational skills
- Acts decisively and with good judgment
- Must be flexible & adaptable; ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities
- Thinks strategically and willingly participates in projects and other opportunities
- Motivated individual who maintains a positive and professional attitude at all times
- High emphasis around identifying and managing riskÂ
