Anchor Construction prides itself on our people - A talented group of engineers, architects, construction specialists, support staff and administrators who are as dedicated to client service as they are to their professional or technical discipline.  If you are a motivated and committed individual, please apply to join our growing team!   Responsibilities Participate in sales efforts to existing and new clients, with Leadership Team Manage the client’s expectations from inception to completion Enforce companywide construction standards Research and maintain knowledge of building application methods and materials Provide oversight and support to construction project team Review drawings and specifications to ensure that designs comply with client expectations Review and approve subcontractor selection Manage client contract, change orders, and payments, in association with project managers Oversee and approve construction budgets and schedules Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress Act as a main point of contact for high level client communication Develop and review contract documents with client Participate in client meetings Understand client needs and requirements Provide expert advice and solutions Act as a mentor to junior Project Managers Network and consult with industry professionals   Requirements High School Diploma At least 5-10 years of relevant experience with managing commercial construction projects from kick off through completion Hands on experience with Procore Proficiency with applications like Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Must be a team player with strong organizational skills Willingness to travel within the continental US, including overnight trips   Anchor is a proud member of the Weaver family, which maintains a drugfree workplace!   EOE/AA/M/F/Vet/Disability #ZR
