Job Summary:
As a Skid Steer Operator, you'll be operating skid steer assisting all areas of the plant. This position requires working in noisy environments with exposure to extreme temperatures and involves physically demanding tasks within our tire recycling facility and in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate skid steer proficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and understand directions thoroughly.
  • Engage in multiple activities within the tire recycling facility, involving physical and demanding tasks.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to use hand tools
  • Must have heavy machinery experience.
  • Skid steer – required
  • Excavator – preferred
  • Understand and follow all OSHA and site-specific safety programs.
  • Must be reliable and flexible.
  • Willingness to work in hot, cold, wet and dirty conditions.
  • Attention to detail and attentive.
  • Willingness to work hard.
  • Be a team player.
  • Safety boots required.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
