Chef Tim Love is seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to join our culinary team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about food, dedicated to excellence, and experienced in leading a professional kitchen at the highest level.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef and fellow Sous Chef in all kitchen operations.
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and performance.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and plating.
  • Oversee daily line operations, prep, and service in a high-volume fine dining environment.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate on menu development and contribute creative ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and vendor relationships to support profitability and efficiency.
  • Uphold company values while fostering a positive and professional kitchen culture.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
  • At least 2 years of that experience must be in a high-volume fine dining establishment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
