Role Purpose: The Senior Financial Analyst role will directly support The Reynolds Company, which is a key operating division of MMG. You will play a critical role in delivering accurate financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. This position is responsible for analyzing and forecasting sales, gross margin, operating expense and working capital across the division, ensuring that business leaders understand critical variances, opportunities and risks. Success in this role requires both strong analytical capabilities and the ability to build effective relationships across functions.   As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will: Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets; identify trends and explain root cause of key variances. Manage the preparation, analysis and timely distribution of The Reynolds Company’s monthly reports to key stakeholders. Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support business cases. Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership. Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes; ensure budgets and forecasts are properly submitted into the Company’s financial reporting tool. Desired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Include: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) a plus. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role. Strong experience with FP&A software tools (e.g., Planful.) a plus. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to build relationships and partner effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
