We Are Looking ForÂ
We are looking for a Sr. Supplier Performance professional to drive supplier delivery performance and support recovery efforts across the supply chain. This role will work closely with suppliers to identify and resolve delivery issues, expedite critical parts, establish order priorities, and develop performance improvement plans for chronically late suppliers. The Sr. Supplier Performance professional will also analyze supplier data, address root causes of poor performance, and partner with Purchasing and Sales leadership to communicate recovery plans and ensure critical customer and business needs are met.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Upload and review responses from suppliers regarding part delivery statusÂ
- Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any discrepanciesÂ
- Enter quotes from suppliers and inter-company as neededÂ
- Address suppliers slow to respond and/or non-responsiveÂ
- Expedite specific urgent items as requiredÂ
- Deliver Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for chronically late suppliersÂ
- Maintain improvement efforts with suppliers on poor delivery performance, utilizing root cause corrective action methodologiesÂ
- Schedule appointments and office meetings as assignedÂ
- Identifies, establishes and maintains order priorities for deliveries with suppliers on focused delivery recovery effortsÂ
- Expedite parts on-site at suppliers utilizing lean manufacturing, work prioritization principles as requiredÂ
- Communicate delivery improvement plan actions with Sales and Purchasing leadership teamsÂ
- Coordinate multiple and changing priorities dailyÂ
- Take responsibility for own work and provide support to othersÂ
- Perform other duties as assignedÂ
What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred in business management, business administration or any related fieldÂ
- 3-4 years of experience in supply chain management or a related role, preferably in the aerospace industryÂ
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsÂ
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management softwareÂ
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing prioritiesÂ
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and accountabilityÂ

- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.Â
