A multidisciplinary design firm is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join their team in Fort Worth, Texas.
The role involves leading structural design, mentoring junior staff, and managing projects to ensure they meet quality standards and stay within budget.
Candidates should have a Master's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a structural emphasis and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
A PE License and proficiency in engineering software, particularly Autodesk Revit, are required for this position.
Salary will be commensurate with experience, and applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their Fort Worth, Texas team!

Responsibilities:

Lead structural design for a variety of projects
Supervise/mentor junior staff
Perform advanced structural analyses and present findings in comprehensive reports
Project management responsibilities including keeping projects on time and within budgets
Ensure projects meet quality standards
Work closely with other teams
Stay current on latest structural engineering news

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a structural emphasis preferred
7+ years of structural engineering experience with a focus on facilities design
PE License
Proficient in relevant software and engineering tools
Proficient in Autodesk Revit preferred

Salary is commensurate with experience.
