What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage the substation design team, potential for 2 designers to be reporting to you
- Customer interfacing
- Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the creation of design concepts, prototypes, and final deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication of the brand message
- Provide creative direction and feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Ensure all design materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the design process
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of design projects
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients
What You'll Bring:
- Strong background in Substation Physical Design required
- Local to Fort Worth, TX and be able to come into the office on a hybrid schedule
- Knowledge of the PETE System a plus
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

$85K
