Job Responsibilities

Primarily office-based with occasional field work
Projects include land development, site development, and public works
Draft survey projects in AutoCAD Civil3D or Bentley MicroStation
Knowledge of Trimble Business Center (TBC) is a plus
Create digital terrain models from field survey data
Review and check work for quality control
Conduct deed research
Work under the direct supervision of a Professional Land Surveyor
Identify possible problems, and conflicts, and bring them to the supervisor’s attention

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required; Specialized vocational training is a plus.
3 + years of land survey experience
Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D
Knowledge of MicroStation (Inroads & GeoPak) is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisor, and others
Willingness and ability to be based in an office and do occasional field work.
