Total Rewards Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead the design and administration of the company's benefits, healthcare, and 401k programs. This role manages a team of six and partners closely with HR and finance leadership to ensure our total rewards offerings remain competitive and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, administer, and continuously improve companies benefits and healthcare programs
  • Manage the 401k plan, including administration, compliance, and vendor relationships
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of six total rewards professionals
  • Benchmark compensation and benefits offerings against the market
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, and other applicable regulations
  • Partner with HR and finance leadership on total rewards strategy and budget planning
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex benefits and 401k questions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience leading a total rewards, benefits, or compensation function
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare benefits design and 401k plan administration
  • Prior experience managing a team
  • Familiarity with multi state benefits compliance
