Skills/Qualifications:
- Highly professional and dependable, pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
- Positive interaction with children at different ages and skill levels, understanding of social-emotional to engage in provided curriculum
- Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, time management to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work harmoniously, solution and detail-oriented and ability to provide constructive feedback
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), good listening, follow up and problem solving skills, including high coping capabilities
- High integrity, competent, confident and coachable
- Experience working in a licensed child care / day care facility
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time; and able to kneel or squat
