Responsibilities:

This is a great entry level opportunity that will be responsible for the conversion of new bank partner’s existing customer base to Fitech. This role will include traveling to bank locations, presenting in-person to the existing customers, and obtaining appropriate paperwork to complete the conversion.

  • Establishing positive business relationships to create a solid foundation for business conversions

  • Develop and present conversion plans to bank partners

  • Develop and leverage relationships with new bank partners to better serve their customers and ours

  • Assist with and solve any issues that may arise during conversion process

  • Extensive travel including extended stays to new bank partner locations (30%)

  • Monitor and track business conversion process including reporting and addressing needs, successes and contingency plans

  • Deliver ad hoc reporting of conversion progress to executive leadership team


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in related field or HS/GED and 4 years

  • Must be 18 years of age or older


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s and 0 years

  • Previous experience working with financial institutions preferred
