Join our team and play a key role in driving excellence, safety, and productivity in our warehouse operations. We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our D2C facility in Fort Worth, TX to lead a dedicated team and help ensure that every product leaves our facility meeting the highest standards of quality and service.

Available Shifts:
Sunday- Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Sunday- Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, train, and coach your team to meet or exceed performance goals in productivity, quality, and safety.

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations—including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and organization of goods.

  • Plan and coordinate production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and maintain accurate time and production records.

  • Monitor key metrics and generate reports to keep plant leadership informed of performance and progress.

  • Manage warehouse activity related to sales, purchasing, and record control to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Operate and work with material handling equipment and warehouse machinery.

  • Promote a positive, collaborative work environment by resolving employee concerns and maintaining open communication across all levels.

  • Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to thrive in diverse environments — from cold storage (-20°F / -25°C) to dry storage (up to 100°F / 37°C) — while wearing company-provided PPE and freezer gear.

  • Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs (or more depending on facility needs).

  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends as needed.

  • Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels.

  • Bilingual Preferred
