Registered Behavior Technician Responsibilities:
Looking to hire immediately.
RBT should be able to:

- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

-Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.

- Assist with the assessment and evaluation of client needs.

-Provide direct one on one therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.

-Teach and reinforce appropriate social communication, and daily living skills.

-Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop treatment goals and strategies.

-Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Qualifications;

-Must have RBT license

- High school diploma or equivalent required: Bachelor's degree in psychology, education or related field preferred.

-Previous work experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus (can be trained on the job)

-Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans accurately

-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

-Patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help others

-Ability to work independently as well a s part of a team

-Be able to use devices such as laptops and ipads
