About the opportunity
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and operationally supporting all building systems and equipment to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained property.

What you'll get to do
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems
* Respond promptly to guest and internal maintenance requests and work orders
* Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of equipment and systems
* Troubleshoot and repair issues related to lighting, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and general building maintenance
* Inspect property systems and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure operational reliability

Skills and Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent required, technical training or certification preferred
* 1-3 years of maintenance or engineering experience in hospitality or related field preferred
* Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
