This position is responsible for preparing fried foods quickly, safely, and consistently while keeping the fry station clean and organized. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook chicken, fries, and other fried menu items Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food quality standards Monitor fryer temperatures and cooking times Maintain fresh, properly filtered cooking oil Keep the fry station clean, stocked, and organized Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with prep and other kitchen duties as needed Work efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch periods Communicate and work well with the kitchen team Requirements: Fry cook or kitchen experience preferred Dependable and punctual Able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to food quality and safety Able to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies Must maintain a clean and professional appearance Schedule: Monday–Friday Great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent weekday food service position with a team-focused environment.
