Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Engage with guests to provide personalized service, recommend drinks, and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate drink service during banquets or catering events.
Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple guests during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous as a server or bartender experience in a restaurant or bar setting is required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Familiarity with food safety practices and food handling regulations.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
Experience with fine dining service or banquet operations is a plus.
Knowledge of various beverage types, including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
