Our Wellness Advisors are not traditional front desk staff — they are guest experience leaders, sales-driven wellness guides, and brand ambassadors.
This role combines exceptional guest service and wellness sales with content creation and social media support. You’ll welcome guests, uncover their WHY, confidently connect them with solutions that support their wellbeing long-term, and help bring the City Cave experience to life online.

What You’ll Do
- Be the warm, polished face of City Cave, ensuring every guest feels cared for from arrival to departure
- Uncover each guest’s WHY and guide them toward the right next step in their wellness journey
- Educate guests on Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Massage and confidently recommend Intro Packs, Memberships, Rebookings, and Enhancements
- Work toward clear performance expectations, including 30%+ conversion rates with a 40% stretch goal for packages, memberships, and rebookings, including massage
- Support spa growth through consistent follow-up, strong rebooking conversations, enhancement education, and outbound client calls
- Invite delighted guests to leave Google reviews, supporting City Cave’s reputation and local presence
- Maintain a polished, guest-ready front desk and lounge environment at all times
*Content Creation & Social Media
- Help drive City Cave’s social media presence with consistent, engaging, on-brand content
- Capture photo and video content throughout the spa showcasing Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Massage, promotions, events, products, and the overall City Cave experience
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, TikToks, photos, and short-form video content
- Be comfortable appearing on camera when needed and helping team members and guests participate in content
- Identify trending sounds, formats, hooks, and local content opportunities that fit the City Cave brand
- Help turn current specials, openings, memberships, and events into content designed to increase awareness, engagement, and bookings
- Capture content during influencer visits, collaborations, community events, and special promotions
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual presence across social platforms
- Engage with our local online community and look for creative opportunities to grow City Cave’s reach in Fort Worth
- Bring fresh ideas — we want someone who is excited to create, test, learn, and help grow our social presence
